Do I need to be technical to use it? Open +
No. EA is a SaaS product. Onboarding is a guided intake; agent commissioning is point-and-click. The framework — the seven disciplines — is owner-native on purpose. If you're comfortable with Shopify or QuickBooks, you're comfortable with EA.
