Automations

The weird stuff, automated.

Every vertical has workflows the off-the-shelf SaaS won't touch — EDI, retail chargebacks, channel P&L, carrier-specific label quirks. EA ships custom agents for those.

Retail EDI

Purchase orders, ship notices, invoices, remittances — the X12 traffic your retail partners require, automated end-to-end. Not bolted on through a per-transaction EDI vendor.

  • Inbound 850 / 860 — Purchase orders

Ingest Walmart POs and change orders via AS2, parse line items, confirm MABD, and stage for fulfillment. Bad DC codes and ASN-required flags caught at ingest, not at the dock door.

  • Outbound 856 — Advance ship notice

Generate ASNs at the moment of label print — correct packing hierarchy (shipment → order → tare → pack), real SSCC codes, clean GS1 IDs. Every 856 validated against the inbound 850 before transmission.

  • Outbound 810 — Invoices

Invoicing fires on ship confirmation. Unit prices are pulled from the contract (not from the PO), invoice numbers are guaranteed unique, and the same number posts to QBO and the 810 so reconciliation is trivial.

  • Inbound 820 / 864 / 997 — The rest

Remittance advice (820) triggers KJ's reconciliation. Application advice (864) surfaces partner-side issues. Functional acknowledgements (997) confirm every envelope reached the partner.

02

Carrier orchestration

Labels generated automatically at the right moment, with the right carrier, on the right rate. Tracking back-flowed to the customer service surface.

  • Generate Label on order receipt

FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL — picked by zone, weight, service level. Labels print to your Zebra automatically.

  • Track Status to the customer

Tracking updates back-flow into your customer service queue and to the order record. Out-for-delivery, delivered, exception — all surfaced.

03

Books, automated

Bookly closes your books. KJ reconciles your Walmart remittances. ROS auto-files your retail deductions. Three agents, one ledger, very few exceptions.

  • Daily Bookly · ledger hygiene

Auto-categorizes transactions at ≥ 0.95 confidence, queues the rest. Daily run at 06:00 EDT.

  • Monthly KJ · Walmart 820/812 → QBO

Remittance reconciliation. The thing that used to take 2-3 hours per document is done before you finish your coffee.

  • On flag ROS · deduction disputes

Walmart files a chargeback. ROS pulls the BOL and POD, files the dispute, tracks resolution. Recovery rates jumped 89% on observed cases.

Off-the-shelf SaaS won't touch this. We will.
